If you are interested in renting a home
from TPM Properties, the first step is to download our rental application and
return it to us along with the $30 application fee. Make sure that you include all of the information we ask
for. Completed applications can be returned by either mail or fax.
Before the application process can be completed we will also need to see
verification of your income, including at least two recent paystubs, so you can
save time by sending copies of any income verification along with your
application. TPM Properties requires that tenants pay a security deposit
that is equal to a month's rent, as well as paying the first month's rent before
moving into a house. We also run a criminal check on all applicants.
